Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Krito, a storefront monitoring service operated by ABIH TECH LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Krito provides AI-powered monitoring of publicly accessible e-commerce storefronts. The Service includes agent configuration, scheduled monitoring runs, findings reports, screenshots, and optional API/MCP access. The Service monitors only publicly available storefront pages — it does not access admin panels, databases, or private systems.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@krito.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Permitted use

You agree to:

• Monitor only storefronts you own or have authorization to monitor.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Not use the Service to harm, harass, or compete unfairly with storefront owners.
• Not resell access to the Service without a written agreement.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, documentation, and branding, is owned by ABIH TECH LLC. Your monitoring data (configurations, reports, screenshots) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your storefront content or monitoring results.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for monitoring gaps caused by outages, third-party platform changes, or force majeure.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that monitoring will catch every issue, that reports will be error-free, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Monitoring results are informational and do not constitute professional QA or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or profits.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery purposes) and then permanently deleted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
