This Privacy Policy applies to ABIH TECH LLC, operating under the trade name Krito("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and to the website krito.ai and the Krito application (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor — we do not store credit card numbers.

Service configuration data

You provide storefront URLs, agent configurations (locale, currency, screen size), and user stories (plain-English test descriptions) to set up monitoring. This data is stored to operate the Service.

Monitoring data

When agents run, the Service captures screenshots of publicly accessible storefront pages, generates findings reports (issues, root causes, severity), and stores run history. This data is associated with your account and accessible only to you and your team members.

Technical data

Standard server logs and analytics may record IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate geographic location. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the Service. Running agents, generating reports, and delivering monitoring results to your account.
• To communicate with you. Sending alerts, report notifications, account updates, and responding to support inquiries.
• To improve the Service. Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to enhance features and performance.
• To comply with legal obligations. Retaining records as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Storefront data and third-party sites

Krito agents access publicly available pages on storefronts you configure. We do not access private admin panels, customer databases, or any non-public content. Screenshots and findings are derived solely from the public-facing storefront experience.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and compute.
• Payment processors: For subscription billing (they do not have access to your monitoring data).
• Analytics tools: Configured to minimize data collection; no cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Monitoring reports and screenshots are retained according to your plan's history limits. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@krito.ai.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any rights, email hello@krito.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request."

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies may be used to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
